Workday Mobile app
How do I install the Workday Mobile App?
- Download the Workday App from Google Play or the App Store.
2. Open the application and enter tcsedsystem in the organization id field.
3. Enter your email username and password.
4. After signing on you will be directed to the DUO authentication page. Click Send Me a Push and you will receive a DUO notification.
5. Approve the login request on your mobile device.
6. You can opt to create a 4 digit PIN to expedite future logins. If you prefer not to create a PIN click SKIP
How do I use the Workday Mobile App?
1. Once you have installed and logged into the Workday app you will land on your Home screen.
2. From the home screen you can use the magnifying glass to search for People, Reports or Tasks.
3. At the bottom of the Home you will see 4 icons: Home, Inbox, Alerts and Worklets.
4. Home will take you to the main login screen from any other page. The home screen will show system wide notifications and frequently used apps.
5. Inbox is where you will find any pending personal notifications or actions items.
6. Alerts are information messages from the affiliates and/or system office.
7. Worklets is where you can find all Workday apps. Everything from Enter Enter Time, to Viewing Paychecks can be found here.
