Bulk Invite – Create CSV File
Bulk Invite works great when you have a group of individuals that need to fill out and sign their own unique copy of a document. Each time an individual fills out, signs and completes a document, both the Sender and Signer(s) will receive a copy that is exclusive to the signer’s transaction.
- The CSV file structure needs a minimum of an email address column with one email per row for the CSV file to upload properly
- If you need to add a second signer or email address, you need to add a third column and associated email address
- One row of information (i.e. email1, Name1, email2, Name2) = one Signing Event
- Adding a second column in the file for Recipient’s Name that is associated to the Recipient’s email allows the signer to be addressed by name rather than email
- The following is the file structure that should be used.
- The file must be saved as a .csv file
- To Save a Microsoft Excel file as a .csv file Go to ‘File’ and click ‘Save As’
- Select the ‘Save as type’ dropdown, select CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)
- Click ‘Save’
- Now you have a .csv file that can be uploaded for bulk invite
