SignNow - Create Templates
Create Templates(s) from Uploaded Document(s)
Creating a template allows a sender the ability to setup a document with Fields, Labels, Validations and Roles, save it in the Template folder and use it repeatedly without additional setup. To setup a Template following the below steps.
- Go the ‘Documents’ folder and look for the form you want to us to create a template, select ‘More’ and then ‘Make Template’
- Name the Template with a unique name that can be easily identified time after time and select ‘Create Template’
- Open the Template Document and add Fields, Labels, Roles and/or validations, if you didn’t add these to the form prior to converting the form to a template
- Please see ‘Add Fields, Labels and Roles to Document’ section of this document for further setup instructions
- Now you have created a template that you can use over and over again
