Office 365 - Application crashes or I can't sign in
This article provides basic steps to disconnecting your UWS Microsoft account from Windows to resolve common issues with Outlook or Teams sign-in.
Steps
On occasion, Outlook or Teams will prompt requiring you to enter your password again. At times the sign-in box will pop up and disappear, or the application will simply close or say there was a problem. To solve this, disconnect your account from Windows by following the instructions below:
- Click on "Start" (Windows icon at the bottom left of screen)
- Click on the "Settings" gear
- Select "Accounts"
- Select "Access work or school"
- Click "Work or school account"
- Click "Disconnect"
- Relaunch the Application having trouble and you should be prompted to sign back in
