Zoom - Creating an account (Students)

This article will provide information on how to sign up for a Zoom account. These instructions are intended for UWS Students. UWS Employees will be added to the UWS managed Zoom account.

Prerequisites

Have access to your UWS Student email

Creating a Zoom account

If you are a UWS Employee, please this article on how to log in to Zoom.

In your web browser, go to https://zoom.us/signup
Click the

button at the top right of the page
Enter your UWS Student email and click Sign Up
You will receive an email from Zoom. Click the button to continue
You will be directed to a web page to input your information
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Password and confirm password
4. Press Continue
5. On the next page, click Skip this step
This completes the Zoom account setup
