Zoom - Creating an account (Students)
This article will provide information on how to sign up for a Zoom account. These instructions are intended for UWS Students. UWS Employees will be added to the UWS managed Zoom account.
Prerequisites
- Have access to your UWS Student email
Creating a Zoom account
If you are a UWS Employee, please this article on how to log in to Zoom.
- In your web browser, go to https://zoom.us/signup

Click the
button at the top right of the page
- Enter your UWS Student email and click Sign Up

You will receive an email from Zoom. Click the button to continue
- You will be directed to a web page to input your information
- First Name
- Last Name
- Password and confirm password
- Press Continue
- On the next page, click Skip this step
- This completes the Zoom account setup
